Coordinated by the Kaua‘i Planning & Action Alliance (KPAA), Keiki to Career works to ensure that every young person is ready to learn and ready for life. Through E Ola Nā Keiki, we’re spotlighting the importance of early learning, brain development, and school readiness—while sharing trusted tools, local resources, and inspiring stories. Founded in 2012 by a coalition of community leaders, Keiki to Career Kaua‘i is a collective impact initiative dedicated to ensuring every child on Kaua‘i has the opportunity to thrive from birth to career. Recognizing that lasting change requires collaboration, the initiative brings together nonprofits, government agencies, businesses, and community members to work toward shared goals for the island’s youth.
Grounded in data-driven strategies and guided by the belief that every child matters, Keiki to Career focuses on collective action, continuous communication, shared measurement, and aligned activities.
